• Affiliation Identifiers: AITA ID and MSLTA ID numbers, when provided for sanctioned draws.
• Enquiry & Sponsorship Details: Information submitted via contact forms, including name, email, phone, and message content.
• Transaction Records: Razorpay order IDs, payment transaction status, and timestamps. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or internet banking credentials; all payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To verify payments, process tournament entries, and assign player registration codes.
• To compile official tournament draws and schedule lists, which are published on the website and shared with court marshals.
• To send transaction receipts and registration confirmations via Resend.
• To maintain the accuracy of monthly TLTA district rankings.
• To respond to coaching inquiries, general feedback, and corporate sponsorship requests.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information under the following strict conditions:

• Sanctioning Bodies: Registration details, age verification, and AITA/MSLTA numbers are shared with the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) and All India Tennis Association (AITA) for official draw sanctioning.
• Service Providers: Secure transmission of transactional details to payment gateways (Razorpay) and email deliverability services (Resend).
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All web traffic is encrypted over HTTPS (Secure Sockets Layer). Our database writes are protected behind secure, server-only API endpoints, and payment verification signatures are verified cryptographically.
